The survey conducted in Western Switzerland has shown that approximately 78% of visitors are already intending to come to ILMAC LAUSANNE in October.
So we can't just sit back – it's time to make a start on your visitor marketing!
With this newsletter, we are sending you your personal PrioCode.
You will have access to the ESC (Exhibitor Service Center) later on, most probably as of Week 35/2020.
The Ticket shop is now online and tickets can be obtained using your PrioCode.

For many people, this will be their first trade fair visit since the lockdown in March. For this reason, we are providing you with the latest information on the MCH Group's Protection Concept, which also applies in the case of ILMAC LAUSANNE.

Would you like to invite your customers to ILMAC LAUSANNE free of charge?
The PrioCode offers you numerous options for your invitation management.

Benefit from a bonus (CHF 500.– / CHF 700.– / CHF 900.–) on your stand package once you reach a specific number of visitor admissions: for an exhibition surface area of 9 m², 18 m² or 36 m² with at least 20, 30 or 40 redeemed tickets. For example: with 30 generated admissions and a stand package of 18 m², we will credit you CHF 700.–.

Protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE 2020

As we have already announced, you are very welcome to assist us with the protection concept for ILMAC LAUSANNE. If you have any ideas about how you can support us – with disinfectants, PPE, cleaning of surfaces or test kits, ... then contact us!
In return for your support, you will benefit from free advertising and will also be mentioned several times as a partner in the communication sent out regarding the protection concept, since we will be presenting the measures to all potential visitors beforehand.

Call for abstracts for oral presentations

We have to rearrange the Forum somewhat due to COVID-19. The Forum programme has already been filled with interesting contributions in cooperation with SCS, SBA and BioAlps.
This year we are able to offer you a new service by way of an alternative. You will not incur any additional costs with this alternative.
You send us your product presentation as a link to a video or a PowerPoint presentation, or similar, and we create a link to this in our exhibitor directory.
It would then be an advantage if you could track the link, so that you can measure how many people have viewed the presentation.
